The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to have an early check-in for a wedding. The location was perfect, right on the waterfront with easy access to walks along the harbor.
Breakfast choices could be improved.

Comfortable, nice location and friendly staff. Excellent food in the restaurant. The room was great value for money.
Although the food was really good, the Restaurant was a little pricey for the standard of the hotel. Dinner was good value only because I was given a voucher at check-in for a substantial discount. With no discount, breakfast was simply over-priced.

The hotel has an unbeatable location right on the shore, which makes it the perfect place to stay when exploring the nearby area. Getting to the heart of the town is easy and quick, with plenty of options for places to go and things to see. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are equipped with high-quality towels and showers. You'll enjoy a delicious breakfast while taking in the breathtaking view of the surrounding area. there are plenty of facilities to use, such as onsite parking and a bar/restaurant that serves great food.
The car parking might be a bit of a hassle, but it's nothing that would ruin your overall experience.

The cooking for French people was excellent.
Just a remark we had difficulties to find the Hotel with the GPS, I think the address (street) is not known by the system .

Comfortable Bed and Great Location
During our weekend stay, we were pleased with the comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. we enjoyed the key location of the hotel overlooking the bay. The availability of parking was also a plus.
One of the worst aspects of our stay was the poor and intermittent Wi-Fi connection, which made it challenging to work or stream. , the dated decor of the room, especially the curtains, made it appear unkempt.

I stayed for just one night so I cannot say a lot about the facilities. Anyway the hotel was ok.
lack of free wireless.

No elevator. Quite difficult for us. We were on a 10-day trip to Sydney, Melbourne and last stop at Geelong for Great Ocean Road - so we had BIG lugguages. In the end, we had to leave our lugguages in the car. It was the outdoor open-air carpark, and it was raining and very cold. We stood there unpacking / packing in front of all eyes of guests and staffs who happened to walk pass by.

We loved staying at this hotel! Best aspects were the amazing location with breathtaking views of the bay right across the road, walking distance to beautiful beaches and town, and lovely hotel facilities including a clean and inviting pool. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The location was great, not far from the airport! I accidentally left a dress hanging in our room, when I phoned to see if it was still there after we had checked out, the staff went back to the room and had it waiting at reception for me on a hanger - Much appreciated.
My husband and I were wuite disappointed with the lady at reception when we checked in. We asked if the restaurant was still serving dinner which there were not (which was fine as it was qutie late) but did not offer any suggestions as to where we may be able to have dinner closeby. She also failed to tell us that the resaturant stopped serving breakfast at 10.00am which was disappointing.
